Cancellation Policy

Cancellations and Refunds Requests made at least 7 days before the first class are eligible for a full refund. Requests made less than 7 days before are subject to 30$ cancelation fee. Missed Classes There are no make-up classes that will cover missed material, as each week builds on skills learned the week prior. The student is welcome to join any other Creative Academy class offered in person during the week so they can maximize their time. For example, if the student missed Monday's Drawing for Beginners, they can join Stop Motion Animation, or 2D Animation for one class. Instructor Illness & Emergency Policy In the event that the instructor is unable to teach a specific session due to illness or an unforeseen emergency, the following steps will be taken: Immediate Notification: We will notify you via the email and phone number provided at registration as early as possible (at least 2 hours before class start time). Rescheduled Session: A "Make-Up Date" will be scheduled, typically at the same time on the week following the final scheduled class. Pro-Rated Credit/Refund: If your child is unable to attend the newly scheduled make-up date, we will issue a pro-rated refund or studio credit for the value of that single missed session (e.g., 20% of a 8 week course fee). No Total Cancellations: Please note that a single class cancellation by the instructor does not qualify the participant for a full refund of the entire 8 week course, only for the specific session affected.
